One of the most destructive and dangerous political experiments in modern American history has to be the rise of the Soros-backed district attorney.
The left’s “soft-on-crime” agenda really kicked into high gear after the George Floyd riots. Americans have sat back and watched criminals be treated with velvet gloves and, like victims, while law-abiding citizens are treated like an annoying little pest. The left-wing Soros prosecutors in blue cities stopped focusing on punishment and accountability and started obsessing over “equity,” “reimagining justice,” and finding new ways to let violent offenders back onto the streets. It’s been absolutely insanity to watch this play out.
