Trump’s White House Ballroom Project has its Brakes Pumped by Federal Judge

Trump’s authority is questioned by a Federal Judge in regards to his ongoing White House ballroom project. The National Trust for Historic Preservation argued that congressional approval was mandatory for such a project to continue.
