Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates all reported intercepting ballistic missiles and drones hours after the recently announced ceasefire. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called the ceasefire a “fragile truce”. War Secretary Pete Hegseth is more optimistic, claiming that “It takes time sometimes for ceasefires to take hold”.
