Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of murdering Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, was back in court Tuesday as his attorneys attempt to convince a judge to close portions of his upcoming preliminary hearing to the public. Robinson’s defense team, Kathy Nester, Michael Burt, Richard Novak and Staci Visser, are also asking the court to seal certain evidence they argue could unfairly prejudice potential jurors if released publicly before trial.
