Indian Arrested in Portland for Soliciting Sex from Minors

Vancouver police rearrested a man Friday after they said they found evidence he was continuing to target underage girls, trading drugs for sex.

Kulvir S. Brar, 32, was arrested on 39 additional charges, including several counts of trafficking, molestation and rape.
